Keep it the same length, just brush it down over his face. Cover that swastika he carved into his forehead. Oh wait, that's Charles Manson. I always get them confused. Never mind.

With that much hair you would be daft to miss the chance of a full blown Afro, or Dreadlocks.

Though if you have a few gaps appearing topside short and neat, Military cut 4 over the top 2 back and side, cant beat it.
